To request a quote please e-mail Carol a good clear photo shot for a free no – obligation quote. CHOICE OF SIZE
The size chosen is open to your choice to suit your family wall, but allow size of drawing to then be mounted and framed at your own expense.
The larger the drawing is ordered the higher the fee due to much extra work and time spent on coverage of extra size, thus increasing the finished price quoted.
The base price for a drawing under A4 size is $80.00. This may vary slightly, depending on amount of detail needed to create desired finish.
The base price for A4 size is $100.00 with same variation applied as above.
The base size of A3 is $200.00 and may also vary depending on detail required for finished effect.
Please note that these prices are a guide only and once a photo is provided a final price will be quoted. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________
CHOICE OF PAPER
The colour choice of textured or smooth surface paper is white, ivory or cream. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________
DEPOSIT DETAILS
All accepted quotes by Carol require a deposit of $50.00 payable to the ‘Carol Smit – Ian Parker Bipolar Fund’ – Bendigo Bank – BSB:633-000 – Account#: 143693984. Please enter your name in the ‘Reference ‘ section to show it is your deposit.
Once the deposit is received, Carol will begin your Personal Home Drawing. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
EXPECTED TIME – FRAME
Please allow one month from time of order placement for finished drawing.
Due to the many orders that may be received at one time, the earlier you are able to contact Carol for your order the easier it is for Carol to complete your order by the date given for each individual order. In a less busy period you may have your order at an earlier time. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
DELIVERY DETAILS
Once your drawing is completed you will be contacted by email to arrange delivery either as ‘pick-up’ or by post. The balance of your drawing will be paid to Carol by details provided by Carol at time of drawing completion.
Carol will email a ‘photo proof’ of your personal drawing for your viewing of approval before full payment is expected. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT NON – REFUNDABLE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your drawing when sent an email of finished product or you change your mind, your $50.00 deposit is non – transferable as once paid it becomes the property of the ‘Carol Smit – Ian Parker Bipolar Fund’ Charitable Organisation. Under these circumstances you would not be required to advance any further payment, nor would you be entitled to receive the finished drawing. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
REGISTRATION OF IPBF DETAILS
The ‘Carol Smit – Ian Parker Bipolar Fund’ is registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria - Registration No:11676. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
POSTAGE DETAILS
Postage costs will be added to finished price and is the responsibility of the customer for payment and will be added to the final balance of your drawing cost.
Each completed drawing will be nicely mounted in your choice of either a black or red carded folder for presentation with a black and white card of Carol Parker’s contact details placed on the face of folder cover. You may wish to share Carol’s contact details to another family member, friend or work colleague for another ‘Special Occasion Gift Idea’.
‘Pet Portraitures’ make a very original and personalised ‘Special Occasions Gift Idea’ such as Weddings, Engagements, Birthdays and as a lovely ‘Memoir’ to grace the family living wall.
For all of these special occasions, Carol’s personalised and professionally ‘Pet Portraitures’ have proven to be a very popular choice as a gift for the so often too ‘hard to find’ and ‘what to give’ as a unique and to be ‘remembered’ gift idea.
Your personal ’Pet Portraiture’ drawn or painted by Carol is a gift that would remain in the family forever as it is handed down to the upcoming generations as a treasured ‘family heirloom’.
This folder will be securely placed in a strong cardboard holder to help prevent bending or damage. Please note once Carol has secured your parcel to her approval and once mailed or couriered the parcel becomes the customer’s total responsibility for all further risk to damage or loss.
No damage or loss will be borne by nor be the responsibility of Carol Parker. If you require your finished drawing to be posted, full balance of payment arrangements for completed artwork must be made with Carol.
All postage handling becomes the responsibility of the customer. You must choose and pay any added costs of registration or certified mail or other insurance if you wish this as an ‘add-on’ cost for extra security against damage or loss suffered by Australia Post, International Post or any road courier of your choice.
The outstanding balance of your drawing and postage and handling costs must be paid to Carol via banking arrangements she will further provide once you have approved the ‘photo proof’ of your drawing and notified Carol of such.Payment account details for the balance of drawing will be given at time of drawing completion. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
PERSONAL COLLECTION
If you wish to personally collect or arrange for ‘pick-up’ of your drawing, payment must be paid to Carol before delivery
of your ordered drawing will be given to you. Payment account details for the balance of drawing will be discussed upon completion.

COPYRIGHT
Each drawing completed by Carol Parker will bear the ‘Copyright’ symbol and please be notified it is no public member is permitted to photocopy, sell or print for sale any of Carol’s drawings without her written approval.
If you wish to use Carol’s drawing for any use other than for framing for own personal use, the Copyright may be waived by Carol. this determination will only be made by the customer providing Carol a Copyright fee of $150.00 and upon her written and signed approval only. You must specify and give written and signed proof to Carol of your ‘other intent of use’ for this permission.
